MESOCORE Limited Warranty relates only to defects in material and workmanship that are either (a) part of the «Core» structure, are (b) appliances used in the core or are (c) loose components supplied by MESOCORE for the completion of the house. In a hybrid system, MESOCORE is not the «builder» of the house but a material and component supplier, some of which are installed in the chassis of the core. As the supplier of materials which may be utilized overseas, not in the USA, and in other remote locations, practical and economical warranty solutions will be used. The responsible party for construction of the foundation, assembly of MESOCORE unit, and utility hook-up should be considered the Builder of the House, and in many jurisdictions this may/could be the owner.
